Unfortunately, we would need to notify that official website of BizzClick Company (www.bizzclick.com) was added to the list of “Unrecommended sites“ of “Dr Web” antivirus company.
BizzClick authorities apologise for all the inconveniences this might cause.
We referred to the company “Dr Web” for clarification. We have received the response (quoted):
Hello,
The site was added to the data base of blacklists URL filter SpIder Gate to the category ‘unrecommended sites’; its subdomains are involved in redirecting users to third-party resources.
The decision has been made by analysts of antivirus lab of ’Dr Web’ Company.
NB. Each user has the opportunity to decide personally, whether to include the option ’Block unrecommended sites’ to antivirus settings or not.
Sincerely,
Andrei Gavrilyuk
The reasons to add the official site of BizzClick to the database of “unrecommended sites” are “astonishing” for us. It is beyond all peradventure, the company’s subdomains will participate in redirecting visitors from one resource to the other, but such redirection will occur only with the user consent or by a user, passing through our advertisements.
It turned out that the representatives of the Analytical Department of “Dr Web” Company have not performed any investigation process before adding the site to the database of “Unrecommended sites”. It goes without saying that the sites are filtered automatically. No one does the manual check. The representatives of “Dr Web” Company respond to us with the sample phrases, without any specific clarification.
We have done our own investigation process on the Internet. The specialists of BizzClick found out that the same incident had happened with the sites which contain advertisement from Google Company. More information can be found via the link (only the Russian version).
The authorities of BizzClick have already sent the official request to remove the BizzClick from the database of “Unrecommended sites” of “Dr.Web” Company.
We incline to believe that the prompt resolution will be reached by mutual consent, avoiding litigation.
